Installation Guide

Installation Guide

  1. Locate the POSify application file.
  2. Double click POSify.exe to start the application.
  3. For daily use, right click POSify.exe and select Send To > Desktop (Create Shortcut).
  4. Open the application using the desktop shortcut.
  5. Login with the default admin account provided during setup.
  6. After login, go to Store Settings.
  7. Add store name, logo, banner, address, phone, tax settings, receipt settings, printer settings, POS profile, and payment methods.
  8. Configure printer settings for 80mm or 56mm thermal receipt printing.
  9. Change default passwords after first login for security.
