Installation Guide
Installation Guide
- Install PharmaPOS on a Windows 10 or Windows 11 computer.
- Install and configure Microsoft SQL Server for the PharmaPOS database.
- Open PharmaPOS using the supplied application shortcut or deployment URL.
- Login with the administrator account provided during installation.
- Go to Settings > Pharmacy Info and enter the pharmacy name, address, phone numbers, email, NTN, drug license number, FBR POS ID, currency, receipt header, and receipt footer.
- Open Receipt Printer settings and select the printer name, 58mm or 80mm paper width, number of copies, and auto-print preference.
- Open Label / Barcode settings and choose the barcode printer, label size, and information to display on medicine labels.
- Configure tax, expiry alert days, and loyalty points according to the pharmacy policy.
- Create Owner, Manager, and Cashier users and assign the required access.
- Import medicines using Excel or add medicine, supplier, customer, and opening stock records manually.
- Change the default administrator password after the first login.
